Board Express a Resource/Battery Hog?

I've noticed lately, and I'm not 100% sure, but it seems like BE (Board Express) is a battery/resource hog. The past couple of days I've left BE running front and center when I get home from work, but haven't necessarily been using the phone... With it locked, my battery drops like a rock and the phone gets hot. If I open the phone and drop BE from being the front and center app, the phone cools off and the drain isn't so noticeable. But the phone doesn't seem to get hot when unlocked and using BE.

Anyone else notice this?

Never mind, just turned off "allow app to run under lock screen"... probably will fix the issue...

I don't see that as an option on the background tasks menu for this app.

Go to settings and slide over to "View"... Should be the second option.
