bought used laptop, they're still admin./Win10. How do I remove them and make myself administrator?

I bought a laptop from someone and I want to remove them as administrator. How do I do this?

They should have reset the pc. If you can get into the settings you should do it just to clean it.

do a clean install. wipe it clean. you never know if it's infected.

As everyone else has said, just do a clean install and then you can make yourself admin with a fresh Windows installation.
