brand new surface pro 4 wont stop crashing

is anyone else having this issue. I just got my surface pro 4 and it wont stop crashing. I'm having geek squad work on it. ive had nothing but problems since i got it, fist microsoft wasn't even installed when I bought it and now it wont stop crashing?

I haven't had any issues. What do you mean by Microsoft wasn't installed? Like Microsoft Office or what?

I had geek squad clean my new surface and it keeps crashing still? this is the second one I have had best buy give me and now they Are out of stock at the store I got it from. There is only 5 left out of town. I'm so bummed. the lady on the phone said I may not get a new one because of how fast they are being soled.

I'm not sure if part of this is user error or not. It seems as though you are totally new to Windows. Inhale not had the problems you are speaking of. Are you sure you can't use your iPad for school?
