Brightness - can't change L930

I can't change brightness volume. Low, medium, high and automatic have the same brightness volume.

If i want change brightness - settings not working
After hard reset - cant change brightness
After soft reset - cant change brightness
After update software - no change

I can't connect my phone to windows device recovery tool - i tried it but program told me "error 0x00000067 (Thor@NotResponding)" he can't find him.

My firmware is :10.0.14393.5

Any idea???

Hi, 10.0.14393.5 is the OS (latest fast ring Redstone build) not the firmware.
Do you have the latest version of the Windows Device Recovery Tool? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
