Broken PC with MS Complete, can I get a full refund of the PC?

Hey everyone, My laptop broke a couple of days ago but I have the microsoft complete plan. I have a friend who is giving me his laptop because he is getting a new one. So I was wondering, if I bring my broken PC down to the microsoft store. Instead of replacing it, can I get a refund for the full price of the PC?
