browser lumia 1520

hi all, i wonder could you help me with a small problem ? my lumia 1520 internet settings all seem to be correct because i can use mobile data for facebook and these forums through the app and i can visit the store. but if i try to use my browser (internet explorer) it will not work. the only way my browser works is with wifi. once again all other mobile data apps work fine. any thoughts ? Sorry forgot to mention I'm running 8.1 developer preview. Manny thanks, Matt.

Moving to Windows Phone developers thread- most likely will get better responses then on L1520 thread with most still running WP8.0.
