Build 15019-Cant transfer music to Moto g4

I'm having a issue where I'm trying to transfer music from my music folder to my phone, like I have a thousand times before. Just drag and drop. I can transfer doc files to my phone and I can't transfer music from my phone to my computer but when I try to put music from my PC to my phone I just the notification sound but no dialog boxes. Any ideas??
