Build offline Live Tile Start Screen

Does anyone know if there's a website you can use via your PC to build a Live Tile Start Screen to see what it would like? I'm about to get a 1520 for my parents and I want to see what I can fit on the 6" screen without having to scroll.

so you basically want a windows phone emulator?

Its all down to size of the tile, small ones....well more than any phone can fit...lots more, but hard to tap on right one if trying to do so quickly.
If you want av size then you are looking at say android home screen amount or a little more, and large well less

I ended up screencapp'ing my start screen numerous times with different apps installed and adjusted tiles for different sizes (rectangle, full square, small square). I then emailed the screencaps to myself, copy and pasted the icons into Paint and adjusted them to resemble a 1520 (approximately 5-and-a-half rows of full rectangles). Certainly not the most elegant solution but it works - gave a really good approximation of what to expect for the Start Screen tile layout without having to scroll down - can't believe MS doesn't have an online option (i.e. "Build Your Own WP Start Screen") anywhere on their website to show its "customizability"...is that a word? lol

Screencapp'ing and Paint - are we back in the 80s, now?!? lol
