Buying a Lumia 930/1520 now?

Hi,

I want to ask for the wise advice of the WPcentral community in regards of my dilemma: should I get a new Lumia 930/1520 now (in Canada)?
Here are the facts:
-I own a Lumia 620 and love it... but falls a little short.
-Canada carriers don't have anything much better except for the 635 and the 1020 can be bought at the MS store.
-I can get a 930 or 1520 from Expansys at a full $630+shipping (ouch...), a little less for the 1520.
My doubts are the following:
-Is it worth buying it full price now?
-Is it worth to keep fighting the WP battle in Canada (I feel the soft words whispered in my ears..."iPhone, iPhone.....").
-Do you think that the 930 will be updated to the following iteration of Windows [phone]?

i highly sugest a 1520 because of the sd card slot if you want more storage
otherwise both phones are identical and well-performers atleast on paper and from what ive seen so far
the 930 does have reports of issues such as overheating,hardware issues and bugs(dont take my word as final,the 930 users can elaborate better on this)

Both the 930 and the 1520 are at the top of the WP foodchain.. Apex predators, as it were, along with One (M8).

I totally thought 1520 was a good update from 925 and made the move about a month ago... LOVE the 1520. BTW, 930 does not get Glance (some screen tech spec thing) and does not have a microSD card slot. Battery on the 1520 is Fantastic!!! Don't let the screen size throw you off. If you don't wear jeans all the time you can still pocket the 1520. Worth way more than 930 in features (IMHO) and the lower price (vs 930) sealed the deal. 1520 will leverage all the advantages of Denim (as will 930) and seems pretty future proof.

I say go for it...

P.S.: I like the peace of mind about upgrading now, rather than the hand wringing anxiety of waiting for some vague new rumor at who knows what $$$ point.

Thanks for all the comments! I do use jeans a lot, so that would be a drawback, but I think I am going for the 1520. Sounds like the best deal.
