CAB file download issue.

I recently tried to download the CAB file for the Winterface application. When it started to download all I got was a page of words and letters. Tried a couple of times. Help

Are you referring to installing the app or downloading the install file from their website?

To install the app, follow the instructions on page 269 of the user guide in the following link.

For the support page for your device, go to palm.com, click on support, phones, select your model and carrier. This will take you to the main support page for your device.

ohh my cousion and his phone had the same issue

Sometimes, that happens. The easiest way to deal with it is close your browser and use a file explorer app to browse to you browser's local cache. You'll find the .cab file hiding in there at which point you can move it or execute it.

I don't know what causes that...
