Calendar App w/ stylus support?

I like writing (vacation planning) on calendars and I would like to do this on my surface, is there an app that will let me do this? It doesn't have to sync with my actual calendar, but if it does it would be great. Any suggestions? thanks

The closest thing that I would suggest is OneNote.

I think doing screen captures of your calendar month view and sticking it into OneNote would be the best solution.
