Calendar Reminder complaint

So, when I get a calendar reminder, the only options are SNOOZE and DISMISS. How come there isn't an OPEN? Many times, for me, these calendar entries are for telephone conference calls and I want to click on the phone number in the calendar entry to initiate the phone call.

BTW, is there any official place within Microsoft to make such suggestions and complaints? Or is our only hope that they keep an eye on forums such as these?

If its not a feature thats currently built into the os there's a site that MS has to list suggestions for inclusion in updates. And they also allow you to vote. I dont have the url for that in front of me but its been posted in many threads. I will try to track iot down and post it here for you later this morning.

I normally just get rid of the notification and go directly to the calendar and the phone number is there and ready to go!
