Call History, Voice Mail, Speed Dial Gone In Phone

I have a 1520 and after updating there is no option to view call history, voice mails or speed dials in phone. See my screen shot of what I get when I open phone. All I have is a dial pad and call button but no menu or something of the sort to view history or anything else. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I also had this on my 1020 after the initial update from 8.1. A hard reset fixed it for me.

Unpin the Phone app, then pin it again from the All Apps menu. Worked for me.
