I am having a strange issue with my Lumia 720, whenever i receive any call, the call quality is very poor. I can't hear the caller properly, but when i cut the call and call-back the caller, then voice is clear, does not know where the fault is. Signals are full, when receiving and making the call. Please help me

This doesn't happens everytime but happens about 60% of the time.

I am not sure how to make it clear but could it be something like below.

Does it happen always with the same people? Is it possible that the person who is calling you had a "bad" coverage (carrier) and that's why you have a bad connection. But you have a good connection (carrier) and that is why if you make the call the line is clear?

The problem does not happens with a specific person, it happens with different peoples.

But can you imagine that something I proposed can happen? Or do you think the receiver part of your phone is buggy?

Same problem for my 720, Nokia care can't solved it. They replaced my charging pin and antenna but problem not solved..they said to me that it's a random problem for 720.
