Call link on search results not working

If I use Cortana to search for a business, the results show the business info, including links for Directions, Call, and Website. If I select Call, a screen appears that says "Choose an app to open this link". The only options are People and Skype Preview. Why isn't the actually phone an option (or better yet, default to it)? I don't seem to be able to find a setting that controls what apps appear. Any ideas?

been that way for a while now.
click on people and then u can make the call.

Thanks! I just assumed that was the method to add the info to my People list -- didn't even think about trying it. Odd to make that a 3 step process to make the call.

damn is this seriously still a thing? just reinstalled skype again on m phone and saw this...

is there not a way to default to phone/people instead of showing this stupid selector screen every god damn time i want to place a phone call?????
