Call quality need fix!

Call quality is quite good on my 920 with AT&T. I had the Titan before the 920 and that phone had a lot of reception issues. No one could hear me.

It seems like the earpiece on my 920 has gotten a lot worse since I got my 920... everyone sounds tinny and distorted now. I wonder if it's a physical issue with my earpiece. Sigh.

Its the call quality on my end thats the problem. I can't hear the people i'm talkin to very well. Its good enough, but should be better. My dads metro pcs sounds clearer.

Did you position the earpiece correctly on your ear? I saw one reviewer mention that when he didn't do that, it sounded tinny.

Call quality and reception are better than the iPhone 4, Note 1, HTC One X, Galaxy S3, and Note 2 I've had previously this year. Network is AT&T. I'm extremely pleased with this aspect of my 920.

Wow. That's a lot of phones!

To add to this the Lumia 920 has excellent call quality for me. Someone even told me that I sounded amazingly clear.

The earpiece on my 920 (black) also seems to distort and makes it hard to others. Purchased mine first day they were available in store. It only recently started happening.

I have the same problem..holding 3rd lumia 920 in my hand. When I am on speaker it works well. I've spent another $200 and got a microcell but no luck. My wife's iPhone 5 has great quality.

I am a business user and needs a good quality...planning to move to rotten apple.

my guess is faulty noise cancellation, either hw or sw.
my bet on sw.
BTW, cyan, no problem so far.
