call + sms filter

A question to Icon owners running WP 8.1 or other Lumia phones upgraded to Cyan. Does the new OS still support the call and SMS filter/blocker? My husband just got the new HTC One with 8.1 preinstalled..and no call blocking. We have 3 days to decide to keep it or exchange it. If Icon or Lumia in general still has this feature under 8.1 or cyan we may exchange.

My icon with dev preview 8.1 and gdr1 still works with the call blocker feature.

I think the call blocking is within the Nokia firmware and I noticed it when I got the amber update last year.

Yeah, cause I had it on my 928 and I think my 920 prior.
