Call + SMS Filters FAQS

I update Amber on Nokia Lumia 720 today. As I on block calls + SMS and more over in advanced all three settings is on including notifications, app live tile, Block withheld numbers.
So I have on this (Call + SMS) feature but I have Idea Post-paid (India) so there is 1-2 messages daily from Idea regarding data usage but today it go on block SMS automatically. What to do as this message will not go in Block SMS automatically from tomorrow. Moreover it is only choice to confirm my data usage as no dialled numbers apart from Data Sense.
Last I want to know what is Block withheld numbers.

It blocked their messages automatically? That’s odd. I didn’t think this app tapped into a globally block/ignore list.

What to do as this message will not go in Block SMS automatically from tomorrow. Moreover it is only choice to confirm my data usage as no dialled numbers apart from Data Sense.

Are you manually clearing this number from blocked calls and messages? Do you get any other notifications from the number used to message you?

Last I want to know what is Block withheld numbers.

If you block your Caller ID, people you call will not see a number associated with the call. Many companies (telemarketers, soliciters and collectors) use this to mask their identity and get you to answer the phone. Other times it could be a legitmate business that hides individual extensions or worst case an ex-lover that is stalking you.

Block Withheld numbers prevents your phone from ringing when Caller ID cannot be captured.

Yup today one message come it was blocked automatically. the message normally come in name of Idea or IZ-Idea yup today only 1 message is there. Nopes I haven't any no. in call + SMS filter until now

I had this feature when i updated my 720... after the factory restore settings it is not showing in settings.
Please help i need that app.
