Caller images blurry in lumnia 925

Hi ,

I hv set a profile picture for my contacts from facebook.. but, when they calling me, it looks very blurry..
Please help

I don't know anything about FB...

But it sounds like maybe you are getting low resolution thumbnails that don't look so good when shown large on the call screen?

There is workaround for this, but I guess no one would like it...

go to people hub and open each fb contact and wait for the profile pic to get updated...after doing it the caller images should look just fine

The images are blurry because they're blown up to be a lot larger. This is normal.

OP: This happens when the FB app hasn't finished syncing the contact pictures with the phone. In order to do that, manually sync the FB contacts using the FB app. It would take a while to sync so be patient. Or leave it for a few hours and it should be good after the sync.


Also I realized this is an old thread so not sure whether it was necessary to post a solution now?
