Calls from withheld numbers going to voicemail

Hi,

Microsoft Lumia 950, latest version of Windows 10 mobile, last updated a couple of days ago.

I have switched on the "Block calls with no caller ID" setting, which prevents such calls from ringing the device. However, such calls still go straight to voicemail. I don't want this. Is there any way I can prevent calls from withheld numbers from going to voicemail?

It sounds like it is doing exactly what you wanted... I.e. Block the call. A blocked call is as if you didn't answer, which would take them to voicemail. You could disable your voicemail I guess.

The phone is just automatically dropping the call. Your network setting says send dropped calls to voicemail (as vm is a network not a phone feature). The only thing you can do is change your VM settings too.
