Camera: "adding finishing touches" ruins the photo

Hello!

I'm having a problem with Windows Camera. My device is a Lumia 640 XL and here's the problem: when I take a photo and I view it, the photo is OK. But, when the "adding finishing touches" is done, the photo gets blurred and even change it's color! For example, the sky turns yellow even at brighter days. Setting a custom white balance doesn't help so much, the photo keeps changing color and getting blurred. It's so frustrating. HDR and flash are deactivated.

In the Photos app, the magic wand seems to resolve the problem, but not always, plus the photo gets cropped.

Yes i have a similar kind of bug too. Running a 730 .164 build, photo shot is great but after it saves, there's a top and bottom Band of a weird green color. Dunno if Windows Camera is at fault or the camera app itself. This happens sometimes..
