Camera Bug

When I take photos, the images are getting saved in duplicates and triplicates in camera roll

I googled it and came to know that this is old problem but not yet resolved

I understood that when the default saving memory is SD card, there is more chance for this bug

How can I revert back the saving settings to phone memory ?

Settings -> Phone storage -> Change: Store new photos on to - Phone

A bit strange you're having this issue. I'm pretty sure it was resolved with Black.

Maybe someone has some advice for this but the only thing I could suggest is remove the pictures (and other media), format the SD card, remove it, hard reset the phone, insert SD card, format it. See what happens.

Me too,, l520 every take a picture and screenshot,, file always duplicated...wht should i do? Without reset phone.

My 820 got this problem and not resolved yet. Today, my friend who has a 1520 told me the same symptom. How can he solve this problem?

Why just some people have this problem ? ... I have not any duplicate photos in my Lumia 920 and Lumia 1520 either (Lumia 1520 has photos on SD card) ...

I got the Black update last night for my 820. I thought this problem should be solved, but it doesn't. When is Microsoft doing their job? It is quite annoying when I need to take photos with my handset!

I have an 820, when using the video camera function to record videos it sometimes freezes the picture but the sound keeps going it's most annoying, it was doing this before the black update as well.

after going thru the posts I suspect the bug may be due to 3rd party apps

as far as i remmeber after installing photosynth and other cam app I am getting this
