Camera Extras - Action Shot

I've tried this multiple times, but I am only getting blurry photos. I can set the default camera app to ISO 800 and get near blurr free photos. I would have assumed that that's what Action Shot does, but I'm not getting that kind of quality. Is anyone have success with this?

No , I am also getting the same effect using lumia 720, want some best shots but unfortunately not......
