Camera icon missing from notification/action area

When I scroll down from the top to expose the action screen the camera icon has gone. I don't see it in notifications and actions. I want to add a quick way of getting to the camera.

Why not pin it to your start screen.

It is already, but I'm wondering why it has disappeared from the notification area. It was there, now it isn't!
