Camera issues and soft resets

Since the GDR2 update I can't use my camera in any app or save a picture. Also my phone soft resets at random. Can any one help me fix this issue Verizon and Nokia aren't helping

If I were you I'd try to do a Hard Reset. You'll lose your data but it will perform a factory reset on the device and reinstall the OS. Hopefully that would fix the issue.
