Camera Roll no longer syncing, as of 1 Nov 2019

My wife pointed-out that my Camera Roll (on OneDrive) last synced on November 1st. Nothing has changed, as far as MS, phone account passwords, etc.

How do you specify the Camera Roll folder location? I can't seem to find this, either.

I don't think you can specify the folder. It defaults to Camera Roll and the only option in the camera settings is on/off. Have you checked the OneDrive app on your phone to see if anything is stuck uploading? Tap the hamburger menu > Progress > Uploading
