Camera Shutter not release

My Lumia 1520 cannot release the shutter, both camara button and screen button.
When release the shutter flash was OK but screen goes to "Start Screen" or "Search Screen.
Onece I reset the device and the error was fixed but today same error occures again.
Should I reset device again??:crying:

I initialized the device and shutter was back. But after resume all of circumstance, the error occured again.
It seems some of apps cause error.
