Can a Nokia Lumia 710 work on Sprint?

Me & my Lil brother are both on Sprint I had my Arrive for almost a year he likes the OS & he wants to come over Windows Phone. He was thinking about unlocking a Lumia 710 & bringing it to Sprint, but before getting a test phone & unlocking he wanted to know if it was possible due to the different carriers possibly having different networks? And what's the most cost efficient way of doing a carrier unlock? Thanks in advance for any help you guys give.

Sorry but it won't work. Sprint is CDMA carrier. The Lumia 710 is a GSM phone.

Yes, they are a good set of plans. And when you combine them with refill cards from Calling Mart, you're really saving some cash.
