Can anyone help me with a Critical update for DP?

Issue with installation of Critical update for DP.

I downloaded the update using 3g in mu lumia 1320, download was quick, but the installation is taking hours and i still dont see any progress, tried to restart the phone twice but still it continues with the installation. Based on previous comments looks like all the applications will be re-installed and i have a lot of apps installed in my phone, does that slows the installation..

Any advice on what to be done?
I have removed my SIM..

Try removing your sd card(if any) and then try again.

Clean up some storage space..
Because many a times when our phone memory is low, the phone updates don't get installed..

After downloading the update, my stopped in the middle of the install and told me to clean up space. After I moved some videos over to my PC, the install resumed, so I left my phone to continue. When I came back to it, the phone's screen was black and wouldn't turn on! I removed the battery and put it back in, and the phone turned on again. Then it said that it unsuccessfully installed this update and told me to try again. So I tapped "Check for update" and my phone was up-to-date with this critical update! Weird, huh?
