Can Anyone Make A Webwrapper Of The New Facebook Mobile Site?

I observed a nice layout of Facebook today when I opened Facebook on Internet Explorer on my Lumia 520.Can anyone just make a web-wrapper of that?That will fulfill my needs for a fully-functional official app.

Why not just pin the site to your home screen? At that point, you could launch it like an app.
