CAN CORTANA SPEAK REMINDERS ( Text to Speech) ??

I think reminders should be kept on the down low. I'm glad she doesn't say it out loud. It would be nice to have the option. Most reminders are set up for public situations. Cortana would probably freak out those who are not ready for her.

This. "Pick up tampons for wife after work" during a meeting would be embarrassing.

It would be nice after confirming the reminder, if Cortana would ask, "do you want this reminder as a silent pop up, or would you like me to say it out loud?"

I ask Cortana the following "What is my schedule for today?" and it displays and reads out my schedule

I have my personal PC, and I live alone. I also understand I should be careful with what she speaks out. I know she can read out loud something about dildos or tampons.
I am not that stupid. Make her speak out the reminders.
