Windows Central Question

So I upgraded my windows 8.1 home to windows 10 and it got linked to my MS account.
Now I have bought another key and upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, and every time I reinstall windows, it automatically (does not ask for key during setup) installs and activates the home version and I have to go through the lengthy process of up-gradation manually which is time consuming. I tried switching between local and MS user accounts, removing and re-adding the device online, but it still is not linked to my MS account.

Is there a way to link this Pro key to my MS account so that windows automatically installs the correct version on re-installation?
