Can I fix a fully bricked phone?

So today I was restoring my phone after a full freeze using the nokia lumia recover tool and then it fully froze and now I can't even put it on. If I connect it even does not find the phone as the nokia lumia but just by the code name of the proces qualcom snapdragon
Is my phone dead forever?
