Can I flash UK rom on a Hong Kong 1520

Hi folks

My 1520 screen died a few days ago, so when I returned it to the shop (its was a pre-owned 1520) they ordered me a replacement from another store, but the one thats arrived Is a 32GB Yellow 1520 but it has a Hong Kong Rom on it, which has been set to UK region.

Is it safe to flash the UK 8.1 Denim on it and effectively make it a UK device.
