I have flashed my Microsoft Lumia 1520 With Hong Kong Firmware but some time glitch of touch problem its touches automatically touch working till i lock & unlock again some two or three times lock unlock not works so have you any kind of solution i have flashed my MS L1520 with HK ROM/ Firmware for Denim updates nothing else...

Didn't you already flash to Finland ROM to get Denim a few weeks ago?

Is there a different Denim in the HK ROM?

That would not be the ROM. Why would it be fine and then suddenly go bad?
