Trouble configuring my kids Lumia 640

Hi you all,

I am having troubles configurating the phone I gave my son for his 10th birthday today.
I made him a microsoft account so he can download aps from the store. But (I think) since he's just 10 yo the phone keeps telling me to configure MyFamily at windowsphone.com. I did but it just doesn't help, keep getting that same message when tryin to install eg Whatsapp or games. Tried restarting the phone, logging off/on at windowsphone.com etc.

What am i missing?

Do a hard reset, create account again, this time, put age of an adult.
