Can I get some help with a Nokia Lumia 920 issue I am having after Win 10 build 10052?

Nokia lumia 920 issue after Win 10 build 10052

It suddenly shut down the screen, hardware buttons don't respond not even the double tap to wake. Connected it to the charger but the screen doesn't wake up, finally connected it to my laptop and it showed up which means it didn't shut down. I'll try to restore it back to 8.1, but solutions are welcome.

Hey my 920 also has a similar issue. I was charging my phone and suddenly it froze. So I reset it but then it would not turn on again. I tried all button combinations and nothing has been able to turn it on again.

Try holding volume down + power button to soft reset your phone

Mine did the exact same thing once but soft resetting the device fixed It, just because the power or volume buttons don't function like their supposed to doesn't mean you can't soft reset

I did try soft resetting but probably was impatient, took a minute to respond. Thank you (Y)

Yea It takes a minute to feel your phone buzz signaling that you have soft reset. Did It fix your problem though?

I have tried all the button combos and nothing has been able to revive it.

Plug your phone to computer and flash 8.1. Don't try any beta again. I broke my lumia 720 when trying 8.1 preview developer build
