NaviFirm software version 1.7 + can not access the site

i have already test with "about" menu

i have test combinaison : volume up- volume down - power button and volume down

no solution for now

i cannot install version 5.0.0 of lumia software recovery tools


i just test
lumia software recovery tool 5.0.0 but it's impossible to connect to the server
working offline not working for the moment (phone info package not found on disk)
