about my hanged microsoft lumia 640 xl caused my windows insider

I downloaded windows technical preview 10116 after a series of two master reset my phone is struck without any apps like camere store not even settings also when i began to recover my device it is saying that "'"'error your phone was not detected"' please help me to recover my phone i liked windows phone very much please help me

I can only suggest to do a recovery via Windows Device Recovery Tool. If you get an error try to reboot the phone via power and vol down and see if the recovery tool recognizes the phone on bootup. You can also force the recovery tool to use a specific phone by clicking on "my device was not detected". Click Lumia and continue from there.
