Can I get some help with my New Outlook Email App?

New Outlook Email App Issues

Not sure if anyone else is having these issues. Just making sure it's not just me and i'm missing something

1) Outlook email app live tile does not display new emails
2) Notification center does not display when new emails arrive
3) There is no way to pin individual email accounts to the start screen. You can only have the outlook email app as the only tile.
4) No way to set synchronizing calendar and contacts on specific accounts. Once you add an email, it will sync the calendar and contacts and there is no way to filter this. (Option was available in 8.1)

I am also having the same issue. There is also no way to filter your contacts to only show one account.

I'm not getting problem 1 or 2 as the app displays new emails on tile as Does notification center

The lack of combined email is ummmmmmmm WHY?

Same big issue from my perceptive , need to sync specific folders , and PIn them to start screen so i know when email arrives to sub folders.
I am not going to check my phone open Outlook app , and go to Sub folders to see if have any new emails .

cant believe they removed this functionality.
