Can I get some help with some charging problems?

charging problems

hey guys.. ive been having issues chile charging my phone lately.. previously i could charge the phone in about 2 hours... for the past few days.. it would take about 1 hour to charge 10%.. is it a problem with the charger or battery?

Are you using a genuine Nokia charger? Sometimes using a universal micro USB charger can affect charging times. Do you have a wireless charging cover for your 925?

yh its a genuine nokia charger. and i dont have a wireless charging cover

If you have a friend who has another Nokia phone try charging your phone on his charger and see what happens. You might have a bad charger.

tried it.. same problem.. so i guess its a bettery problem maybe

Make sure your USB socket in the phone is clean. I had charging problems on 820 which gradually got worse and worse. Wireless charging was fine. Cleaned out the socket very carefully with a small pin. Incredible how much I managed to clear out of it even though it appeared clean initially. Charged perfectly afterwards.
