Can I get some help with some problems I am having with my 925 after a hard reset?

problems with my 925 after a hard reset

I recently updated my 925 from 8.1 to the latest version of windows 10. After a very buggy experience and doing a hard reset I got the spinning wheels as per normal. But the difference this time was it went through the process really quickly and I ended up with a smiley face and no matter what I do I cant get past this. Can anyone help me get my phone back to life?

Thanks for that, I've tried it with no success
