Problems with WiFi and cellular data L920 W10 Mobile

Hello! Recently I installed windows 10 mobile on my L920 and now I can no longer turn on my WiFi (Whenever I try to connect I get a speaking notification to try again later or restart) and my cellular data, it does not appear that notification, but the symbol 3g does not appear. Is anyone else having this problem? What should I do?
