Can I get some help with teaching mode on my Lumia 635?

help with teaching mode on Lumia 635

My husband was in settings and touched something which turned on an instructional teaching mode, so now everything he does it tells him in a little box step by step how to do it. He can't find away to turn it off. Does anyone know what this is and how to turn it off again?

He's in Narrator mode.
