Can I get some help with the HTC One M8 Dot View?

Hel p with HTC One M8 Dot View

i recently got my wife the HTC One M8 windows phone and had ordered the Dot View case to go with it as if i were ever to leave blackberry it would be this phone for the sound quality as this is most important for me. Although after unlocking it from an AT&T carrier i updated software on TMobile to Latest Win10 update and after putting on the new case it does not work at all dont got the phone with me now but will this evening so sorry for not putting the exact Win10 version. Any one have any suggestions or help for this??? any known issues?

Downgrade to W8.1 is the answer unfortunately. HTC is not supporting an M8 upgrade to W10 of any build. None of the HTC apps function unless you are using 8.1.

Hence why I no longer use this phone or Windows. Check out the upcoming Idol 4 for a cheaper Android option with great speakers.
