Can I get two robots to have phone sex?

First I get Cortana to speak and get OneNote to capture Cortana speaking and generate the text, then do text to speech. If Cortana is listening, will they start talking to each other?

It's unlikely. A speech response to a Cortana command won't be recognizable as a command to the second phone. Within two exchanges, they will both be saying "Sorry, I didn't understand that".
