Can I get update again for my LUMIA 540 after reset ?

I am using lumia 540 with denim update.Suppose I update my phone with update A (normal phone update which includes only contacts backup app in my phone) .So after reset my phone may I receive A update again ? Also may I receive windows 10 update?

Phone updates aren't erased by a standard on-phone factory reset.

Erasing a phone doesn't affect your updates.
