It has not been revealed clearly (that I can find), which models will get GDR2 and which will not.
That said, those newly invited to Insider phones that are updating to GDR2 before moving to the Tech Preview of 10 are a good indication that the model will get an official rollout of GDR2 at some point - subject to carrier approval and government standards compliance testing as always.
