Move from L620 to L830 with account onedrive

I'm looking to upgrade from L620 to L830.
The L620 is running WP8.1 at this time, is the account MS onedrive enough to transfer all apps, mail accounts and other stuff

Yes, just do a fresh phone backup from settings. See also that your photos are in OneDrive or backed up to your home PC.
