Can I stream music from my Lumia 920 to my XBOX ONE?

On my Lumia 920, I use Spotify for ALL my music listening. Is there a way to connect my Lumia to my XBOX ONE and be able to listen to my spotify playlists through it? Seems to me for all the technology that exists in the world, the $500 console should at least allow a simple bluetooth connection to it, or wifi streaming, or at least a connection through that one physical thingie called "USB"... especially since I am using a device with an operating system made by the same company that made the XBOX. Any suggestions?

Microsoft says it is possible using the PlayTo apps but the music must be on the phone, it won't stream a stream. This is their official answer until they release a spotify app for Xbox One, if they decide to.

You can stream music that is on the phone with the 'Play To' app to your Xbox. Don't think it will work for app music like Spotify
